The only things I had to update were the Bluetooth driver from Microsoft to Dell Bluetooth driver for it to work. Just a suggestion, to do a firmware upgrade BIOS and chipset first before install this monitor driver unknow hurt. The problem is probably with your Dll due to a missing device driver.
